How is coaching offered?I keep it flexible—in-person or virtual (Zoom or phone). If you’re local, I recommend at least one in-person session a month to lock in progress.

How long is the 1:1 program?You’ve got options: 3, 6, or 12 months—we’ll choose the best fit based on your goals, lifestyle, and how much support you need.

How long is group coaching?Group coaching is a monthly commitment, so it's flexible based on your goal!
