How is coaching offered?Coaching is offered both in-person and virtually (via Zoom or phone). For local clients, I recommend at least one in-person session per month to ensure progress.

How long is the 1:1 program?The 1:1 program can be 3, 6, or 12 months long. We'll determine the best fit based on your goals, lifestyle, and the level of support you need.

How long is group coaching?Group coaching is a monthly commitment, offering flexibility based on your goals.

Will I have to coach forever?No, my goal is to empower you with the tools to maintain this lifestyle on your own. Every journey is different, but the endgame is always the same: confidence, freedom, and never needing another diet again.

How long are coaching appointments?- Discovery Call: 10 minutes (Quick & easy) - Consultation: 90 minutes (Deep dive into your goals) - Weekly 1:1 Coaching: 20 minutes (Focused & effective) - Weekly Group Coaching: 60 minutes (Topic + Collaboration)
