What is health coaching? 

Health coaching is a partnership that helps motivate and educate you on the tools needed to meet your health & wellness goals.

What is the difference between weight loss & health coaching?

The weight loss coaching will provide a structured meal plan along with coaching for long term change and the main goal is weight loss. Health coaching provides two options, with or without a meal plan. The Healthy Lifestyle Meal Plan will help you fine tune your current habits along with health coaching. Health coaching on it's own does not have a specific meal plan and is more for learning nutrition and healthy habits.

How do I know if I want weight loss or health coaching?

If you have a goal to lose 10 or more pounds, I highly recommend weight loss coaching. If you have minimal to no weight loss goals, I recommend health coaching with or without the Healthy Lifestyle Meal Plan. During a free consultation, we'll discuss your goal and the best fit for you.
