I've been there: In 2016, I embarked on my own weight loss journey and lost 115 lbs. I've maintained that for almost 7 years!

I've got great experience: I've been coaching for 6 years. I have training in coaching and nutrition. I am passionate about providing unbiased information so you have the knowledge and skills to maintain long-term.
