Why do I coach?
I want to provide nonjudgmental guidance to help clients break free of the idea that there is only one way to live healthy and happy. I also want to provide a voice that does not promote the idea of perfection or that my way is the only way.

My highest weight was 277 lbs and I've maintained 115 lb weight loss for 6 years. It changed my life. It wasn't about the number on the scale or the weight loss per se, it was the empowerment, confidence and belief in myself I gained from being able to push through something hard, and then break statistics to maintain the change. My experience helped me realize, my purpose in life was to help others break out of the box they've been shoved into so they can live a life that feels unapologetically theirs.
