This combines a structured meal plan with personalized 1:1 health coaching to help you reach your weight loss goal in a safe and healthy way while learning how to maintain a healthy lifestyle long-term.

Already have an idea of what you want to do with your diet, but looking for guidance and support while working toward your goals? Already have healthy habits, but want to learn about nutrition to really fine tune your lifestyle? Health Coaching without a meal plan would be the option for you!

Healthy Lifestyle Meal Kits

Want to give things a try without coaching, set up a consultation to find out the best option for a meal plan and get guidance on choosing foods that will help you reach your goal.

Healthy Lifestyle Meal Plan + Health Coaching

This combines a less structured meal plan with personalized 1:1 health coaching to help you fine tune your nutrition and food habits. This plan is less weight loss focused and more focused on improving your current diet along with support, guidance and nutrition education.

Group Coaching

Group coaching provides less individualized support, and more generalized education on nutrition and habit change. With group coaching, you recieve a meal plan based on your goals and then have biweekly group coaching sessions to support you along your journey.

Body Composition Scan + Analysis

The body composition scan is a non-invasive way to find out the details of your overall body composition, health risk analysis and more. Whether you are just curious or working on specific goals meet with me to breakdown the report and set your next steps.
