The 6-Month Option
The 6-month program is designed for those who are ready to break through the barriers of diet culture and reclaim their health in a powerful, authentic way. We’ll work on building solid habits and a mindset that serves you for the long haul.

 

The 12-Month Option
The 12-month program goes even deeper. Not only will you tackle mindset and nutrition, but you’ll also work on mastering advanced strategies for long-term health. The goal is to help you feel empowered, confident, and ready to take on whatever life throws at you—all while staying true to yourself.

What's Included

  • Weekly 1:1 Coaching: 30-minute weekly coaching calls, either in-person or virtual, for continuous progress tracking, mindset shifts, and accountability.
     

  • Customized Meal Plan + Grocery List: A personalized nutrition plan designed around the your unique goals.
     

  • 6-Week Body Composition Scans + Goal-Setting Sessions: Every 6 weeks, a body composition scan to track physical progress, followed by a goal-setting appointment to adjust the plan if necessary.
     

  • Coaching App Access: Track your progress, food intake, workouts, and communicate with me between sessions.
     

  • Text/Email Check-Ins: Regular check-ins to provide accountability, answer questions, and adjust the plan as needed.
